The E1000E semi-automatic applicator is a high-performance tool designed for the precise and uniform application of resin/hardener mixtures.

The E1000E Doming applicator features three operating modes to suit different production needs:
– Manual mode: the operator controls the resin application by activating the dosing via a pneumatic control. This mode allows for great flexibility and precise adjustment for custom production runs.
– Semi-automatic mode: resin deposition is regulated by a programmed cycle, limiting manual intervention while ensuring uniform and repeatable dosing. Ideal for optimizing productivity without losing precision in small and medium-sized production runs.
– Automatic mode: the application is fully automated thanks to a programming system that manages the volume and rate of deposition. This mode is perfect for large production runs, ensuring fast, efficient, and uniform output.
– Anti-drip system using the Venturi effect (the system does not leak between two applications).
– Management via pressure regulator and pressure gauge.
Supplied with:
– 20 x 60 ml syringes
– 20 seals
– 100 needles: 50 with 1.2 mm diameter and 50 with 1.8 mm diameter
– A digital scale
