What is the shelf life of the developer and fixer?
The developer and fixer are used undiluted in the automatic MetalPhoto machine, which limits their oxidation. After use, they must be stored in opaque and airtight containers to preserve their performance.
As an indication, one gallon of developer or fixer can process approximately 400 plates measuring 254 × 305 mm.
