Rotary tool for CMark lasers
The CMark laser rotary accessory has been developed for marking and engraving cylindrical parts made of organic materials, such as wooden rounds, plastic rings, tubes, etc.
It allows for precise 360° engraving on both the outer and inner surfaces of parts. The motorized and synchronized rotation of the object ensures perfect consistency of the marking around the entire circumference, thus guaranteeing a clean, homogeneous, and reproducible result, even on complex geometries.
This tool is particularly suitable for applications requiring full customization of turned parts or technical components.
Technical sheet
The rotary tool for the CMark range allows for the precise marking of cylindrical parts without modifying the machine’s structure. Its technical specifications are as follows:
– Direct integration onto the marking bed, with no mechanical modification or station recalibration required.
– Quick connection via a dedicated interface integrated into the CMark system, ensuring optimal synchronization with the control software.
– Optimized design for marking cylindrical plastic or metal parts, with high rotational precision and excellent repeatability.
– Software-controlled motorized chuck, allowing precise angular control for uniform 360° marking.
– Available in several standard sizes: 60 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm, 125 mm in diameter.
– Custom versions possible for processing off-format parts or those with specific customer constraints.
– Rigid and stable structure, minimizing vibrations during marking, ensuring sharp engraving even at high speeds.
